Champions of Excellent Service

“Kevin Moss and his team are definitely champions of excellent services. I have been struggling with my glasses for almost a year. They looked great, but were extremely uncomfortable. Kevin’s team was super patient adjusting my glasses and trying to make them as comfortable as possible, unfortunately with no luck. So finally, Kevin suggested to completely replace them. No charge! I didn’t expect him to do this since by this time the warranty already expired, his response was “The Moss Optical warranty doesn’t expire. We want you to be happy and comfortable in your glasses”. And he did it. I love my new glasses! They are much more comfortable and still stylish. Thank you Kevin!”
